My dads always had Miele. I remember the carpet lifting due to its strong suction. You felt that you had cleaned your carpet properly. When I moved into my home, I went to buy one but a bag less one however they did not make them at that time - 12 years ago. So, I settled for a Dyson. Did not like it one bit. The suction just wasn’t there. Had to go over certain spots a few times - like socks fluff, even sometimes giving up and picking it with my hand. The rotating brush just ricocheted some solids back out. I’m so happy Miele has bag less ones now. Suction is still amazing. Convenient. You pay for quality.

Okay, every person demonstrating how to cook rice in this Zojirushi induction rice cooker, is showing how to prepare brown and white rice but nobody is demonstrating Lundberg Wild Blend that has multigrain with long thin black Wild Rice!!! When I rinse this type of rice, I do not see any starch appearing in the water. This type of rice still needs to be rinsed several times or does it have to be soaked instead since it is a whole grain?

I would never buy a Miele with Twin Dos and can only warn others to think twice, if they would think of buying one. This system simply just sucks. Because the tubes clogs.

Fabric softener is environmentally harmful and unnecessary. If the machine havent been used for som time the tube clogs. And the tubes have to be cleaned after a while. And furthermore does an extremely expensive Miele last longer than a cheaper machine? I think not. They did 20 years ago. But not any longer. My Miele bought in 2016 doesnt work well any longer. So much for Miele quality.

Do not even think about buying one of these machines. Mine lasted 6 years and was deemed BER ( beyond economic repair ) by a Miele master technician. That cost me another £299 for the privelege. Miele customer service? They are not interested. They just want me to buy another at around £1800. FOR AN IRON! Once bitten twice shy! MIELE NO MORE OR EVER AGAIN.

Do not wash Rice in the cooking bowl. Uncooked rice scratches the Teflon coating.

I've had this dishwasher for 6 (since 2017) years and I wish I could switch out the racks. It's excellent at cleaning dishes, but the tines are way way way! too close together and it's a PITA to load. Both the top and bottom racks are difficult to load and they don't seem to hold as much. I think it's a combination of the tine space and the angles in the racks. The cutlery tray also sucks compared to the last Miele' washer I had back in earlier 2000's called the Diamonte'. The separations are too close together and it takes way too long to load the flatware. Any guests that I've had that have tried to help load the Futura are completely dumbfounded. WARNING: BAD RACK DESIGNs if they are the same racks that came with this machine in 2017. I love Miele' appliances and have had their double ovens, washer and dryer, and the two dishwashers. (not to mention several vacuum cleaners) The Diamonte' I loved everything about but the Futura Lumen was not only a heck of a lot more expensive but it's louder and the loading of it is extremely frusterating. Had I to do it over again I would still choose Miele' but most definately a different model.

It appears this place went under just like the Plum wine dispenser did.

Isn't DYSON the originator of the BAG LESS vacuum? P.S. The Dyson ALSO has a MOTORIZED head on the attachment you demonstrated. N.B. I've had my Dyson for MANY MORE yrs. than your estimate, and it still works - BEAUTIFULLY!

After about 8 years of use the Dyson canister animal vacuum cleaner started to have motor issues. Both the main motor and the motor in the head started be hesitant weak. The replacement motor is expensive. It worked very well during its lifespan. I replaced the Dyson with the high end Miele heavy duty canister with no bag. I found the Miele to be much lighter in weight for lugging it around. The Miele was more expensive and it is more refined. For the Miele I bought additional accessories for specialty type cleaning jobs. It is a higher end quality than the Dyson for sure. The Miele sucks stronger than the Dyson. I used a vacuum test meter to test the difference. Both types will do the job, but in the end you do get what you pay for. I also found getting accessories is easier for the Miele.

We have had the double drawer unit for over 13 years now with no major problems although the valve for feeding incoming water is now becoming a problem on the top drawer, Other than that, very little problems. My son has had a Kitchen aid and a Bosch full size dishwasher in the time our unit has been installed. We are considering replacing our unit with another FP double drawer sometime soon,

This review is excellent. The new version of the WOLF is a lot more advanced. Many improvements and additions on the new version. Our kitchen is all WOLF appliances, except for the induction range. I had to change our induction range due to its age. It started needing servicing and it was 12 years old. I went with the Miele induction range because it had additional features and its layout was more preferable for me. The Miele is using control knobs for the hobs, and works very much like a gas stove. Its oven is also very advanced. Technically speaking both the WOLF and Miele are a tossup depending on how you want your range to work.

Very well explained. I bought one. Terrific performance. Absolutely versatile for someone who knows gourmet food preparation.

Can't tell how tall the interior is

Did you remove the plastic on the top lid? Thought that was suppose to be in durin cooking. But I was worried about BPA leaking in heat from the plastics.

Pretty sure it was this video that pushed me toward the Miele CX1 a few years ago. After 2 years the handle broke and now it won’t stay connected. It’s also hard to find online unless I go with a crappy 3rd party alternative.

Using it at 8 ft. by 8ft. deer blind that is insulated. I have to keep the door cracked for it to get enough air to burn, but that is very likely the wood I've used. Much better quality than I expected for the price. Now if I can just take it easy in the beginning it won't be 90 degrees in my blind. All in all it seems like a keeper.

Our Wolf E series oven control board died after only 28 months of use. We have been waiting for more than a month for the Wolf certified service to get the replacement parts and repair our oven. Seems like very poor quality and service from what is advertised as a “high end” brand. Based on our experience, we would not recommend.

In one easy to use motion it sucks, dampens, cleans and dries the floor with a super clean and walk on a minute later surface. Load up the tank with solution and water to make it ready is about all you have to do. The big tank setting will do our kitchen, dinning room, hallway and entry with no problems.We do a light vacuum or sweep first to get rid of the big stuff, but if you floor isn't that bad, you wouldn't have too. We have kids, dog, neighbor kids, and winter crud, so our floors are usually that bad. It will handle anything, but just gets dirty faster and more hair is why we might get the big stuff. We can do everything from pulling it out to sucking to cleaned up in about 30 minutes, so it makes it quick and easy. Biggest thing is the floors are pretty much dry after you move the vacuum over them. No tracking, waiting, or foot prints everywhere. Cleaning is easy with sink rinse and let it air out a bit to dry. 5 minutes to cleanup and set to dry.I give credit to my sister, as she is a professional clean freak and this is her baby with about 1,000 sft of floor that has to be cleaned. She LOVES this and that is why we now have one. Great buy!

I absolutely hate this rice cooker and I'm sending it back after ruining three meals now. Tell me how this is an AI machine with fuzzy logic when no matter what you put in it it runs for 83 minutes overcooking the brown rice? That's not artificial intelligence, folks, that's just programming the "brown rice" setting to run for 83 minutes, circa 1960. It doesn't seem to have any sensors inside it from what I can tell. And please tell me how "pressure" cooking makes it take even longer to cook brown rice? Does 83 minutes sounds like pressure cooking to you? My last rice cooker took half that time for brown rice. It was pressure cooked alright, to disgusting mush. You throw in the rice and water and hit a button and it comes out perfect: That's what I expect from a rice cooker. If I have to formulate timing and quantities then where is the AI claim? And why is it not simple like my last two rice cookers?
